Refund And Return Policies

REFUNDS
Because our items are made to order or custom made, we do not offer refunds of any kind. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We do how ever offer returns for store credit if an item is defective or there is an error on our end.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or custom made.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and photos of defective product to our email at Hello.keepitonthelow@gmail.com. You must send an email within 3 days of receiving your item to begin the return process.

EXCHANGES

Because most of our inventory is in high demand and may not be available in all sizes, or options, exchanges will be on a case by case basis dependent on availability.

SALE ITEMS

All items purchased during a sale are final. There is no returns accepted. This includes, but not limited to, T-Shirt Tuesday Sales, Sale items, or Pre-order Items.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 809 W. Auberry Grove Jamesprt Mo, 64648, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

FAQ

Q: What kind of shirts do you use?

A: We will always use a cotton/polyester blend tee. Brands differ between Gilda, Hanes, Bella Canvas, and Tultex depending on the color choice and size.

Q: Are shirts Men or women's?

A: All shirts are unisex!

Q: What material is the design on the shirt?

A: All of our Shirts are made with the sublimation process unless otherwise stated. Sublimation is in that is heat set and dyed into the garment. No two items will sublimate or bleach the same. With sublimation some fading can also be expected. This same process is used for our Tumblers, koozies, and many other customized items we offer.

Q: Do you offer customs?

A: Absolutely! I love customs. Send me an email or find me on facebook! Keep It On The Low

Q: Are you items ready to ship?

A: We have a ready to ship (RTS) section of boutique clothing you can find in our menu. Everything else is made to order unless stated otherwise.

Q: What is your turn around time?

A: Our turn around time, or TAT, can vary. A good rule of thumb is made to order items are roughly 14 days tat and pre-order items are roughly 21 business days. This information is best found in our Facebook group as it can fluctuate.

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We have shipped to the US and Canada, but are definately open to shipping other places. if you have any questions please email and we will do our best to get our items to you!
