Thank you for choosing Keep It On The Low Designs & Co, LLC. My goal is for you to be able to get a little knowledge about what goes on behind the designing of my products. All shirts are unisex, and are a cotton/poly blend. I don't use vinyl unless it’s asked for, and there will be an *extra fee. For the most part, all of my prints are sublimation. All design on my website are endless!! Customs are always welcome.
Shirt brands range between Gildan & Bella Canvas. However, due to the shirt shortage, I buy what I can get my hands on! My turn around time is no more than 21 days. Please understand that things happen, and stuff gets delayed. If this happens for whatever reason, I will do my best to keep you updated.
Let's talk a little bit about bleaching! We LOVE the sun! The sun & nice weather makes my life so much easier! Depending on the brand of shirt, & the color determines the color of the shirt's undertone. Some will have a red undertone. Please note that not all shirts bleach completely white, and they all have their own unique look. No shirt will ever be the same. It might be very close. Most commonly used shirts are Heather red, green, yellow, dark heather gray, pink, orange, royal blue. I'm probably missing few.
The mockups that you will see on my site for now are all in white. White and ash gray DO NOT bleach. Shirts that are 50/50 will not bleach. As of right now, I don't have any other colors listed, but that will change soon. However, if you like a bleached shirt, let me know in the notes that are in the check out section with the color that you would like. I will do my best to get that color or color match. With sublimation I CANNOT print on dark color, The design will not show up
**Returns/Refund** Shirts are made at custom and I will not accept them once the have been shipped. Full refunds are NOT offered due to a percent of that goes towards the product. I hope you all can understand that.
